Information about candidates for public office in 2022 Utah County Elections in select races involving American Fork — featuring John Mulholland’s reports on his interviews with candidates prior to the 2022 Utah County Republican Convention.
Two candidates for Utah County Commission Seat B are on the June 28 Republican primary ballot, vying for the Republican nomination.
The Utah County Commission consists of three commissioners who are elected by the entire county to staggered four-year terms. Seats A and B are up for election in 2022. Seat C will be up for election in 2024.

In 1989 the Utah County Commission combined the offices of Clerk and Auditor. Then, last December, they split them again, citing an increased work load due to growth.
